Phase II: Initiation / Activation
Agent Training Begins
You always felt different… You felt as if you didn’t fully fit into your surroundings… Sometimes you didn’t even fully fit within your own family. You knew there was something greater waiting for you. A place where you could make a difference. An extraordinary power awaiting to be unleashed from within. There was a greatness you were born for other than the daily “routine of life”. The truth is your spirit isn’t lying to you - the reason you feel this way is because you belong in the Kingdom.
It is time to reach higher levels.
A soldier in the battlefield has been thoroughly trained. He is focused and knows the strategies and weaponry of his army. As a Kingdom Agent, through the Nature of the Kingdom and the blood of Jesus, you have access to the fullness of the Kingdom and all that is within it. In order to access all of this you must first learn to live in the reality of the Spirit. You must learn to operate based on the Spiritual Laws and interpret and follow the intent of the Spirit for every occasion. This is called “peak performance”, where you are flowing in Him and He in you. Where you are not moving based soley upon external impulses.
One of the definitions of Kingdom Agent is someone who invariably shines Light, despite circumstances or surroundings.
As you keep integrating this information into your life, the Spirit of conquest will be raising up inside of you and you will accomplish that which you never did in the past.
A transformation Agent knows who he is (Identity) and his mission (Focus). He never deviates from it. He knows his identity is due to the extensive training he has been exposed to and to the internal [nature] changes that he has suffered. The Holy Spirit is the source of power and is constantly reminding the Agent of His true identity and the plan to follow.
Now it is time to learn about the weapons an Agent can use on their missions. For… “The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary, they have divine power to demolish strongholds” (2 Co. 10:4 NIV)
Agent Training Begins
MAIN OBJECTIVE: Become a conduit or facilitator of the glory of God upon earth.
Introduction to the Spiritual Dimension
Spiritual Gifts are abilities and/or supernatural powers that are designed to enable you to carry out your assignments for the Kingdom. Gifts are a tool through which we manifest an invisible Kingdom that has already been implanted on the inside of you in a visible world.
Everyone in His Kingdom is called to operate based on gifts. It is through the functioning of Gifts that God releases His power on earth. There are various gifts such as prophecy, healing, miracle making, word of wisdom (God’s insight and guidance before a situation), word of knowledge (to know beyond the obvious). There are nine gifts mentioned in the Bible, including different kinds of tongues, tongue interpretation and discernment of spirits.
You will find more information about this in the library section. Gifts according to Hebrews 5:14 AMP must be practiced, trained and developed.
It has long been foretold that there would come a time in which angels and humans would work side by side establishing the kingdom. We are in that time. ( scripture reference here needed) We have been delegated the rule of planet earth by God. This makes us responsible for the course of actions that take place here. Now, are not the angels all ministering spirits (servants) sent out in the service [of God for the assistance] of those who are to inherit salvation? They are here to assist us in establishing the kingdom. Angels are in charge of releasing certain virtues from God to help establish the kingdom upon the earth like healing, power, etc., There are going to be times in which you will carry the special endowment for these things but there will also be times, per say, when an angel of healing is going to show up to facilitate these types of things.

Mental Training
First, an Agent must adopt and see life from a “Kingdom Perspective”. This includes:
Leaving behind past perceptions. Dare to explore the “unknown” or rather, the realms of Eternity where He dwells.
Breaking soulish & emotional ties
Rearranging priorities.
Adopting yourtrue identity which is one of a royal race
Allowing internal changes to develop
Limitations
One of the things Jesus clearly taught was “According to your faith let it be done to you…” Which means that He has already deposited (and He is depositing) the power (special endowments) in you to undertake your mission. Jesus sets no limitations to what you can do. The limitation is set in YOUR mind. The question is, how much you want to shine and carry His Nature?
Know the Unknown
Living in the Spirit has to do with one being willing to move in that which is foreign to the human knowledge. However, what is foreign to us is actually God’s territories. It’s like jumping off a cliff without a parachute, only to learn that we can fly.
There is a big part of the Spirit that remains a mystery, but it is this part where our heavenly Father dwells. We must be willing to learn how to abide in “His” place of dwelling, like Jesus did.
The Bible speaks about many different realities in the Spirit. Once you start adopting His nature and ways, these different realties become more real and more available to you.
The Bible is very clear about the fruits of living in the Spirit. We can use this as a guideline to make sure we are on the right path.
Priorities
The Kingdom will often go against our own natural human will. We must learn how to line up with heaven, as this “new nature” begins to fill us. From this perspective, our motivations change in many different areas. We are not so bound to the people that surround us anymore-we still love them, but not with humanistic love. We are no longer emotionally bound to them because we were not called to be “emotional” beings but “spiritual” beings.
Our priorities are re-aligned with His. A good businessman would never trust His business to someone who makes decisions based on their emotions, He entrusts it to someone with integrity that puts the interest of the company before his own.
Integrity of Mind & Heart
God is looking for commitment, sacrifice and integrity. Integrity is when a personality is complete and not divided in parts. It is when words and actions match. When God finds integrity in a person, He is then able and willing to fill them with his glory.
This phase of training is very important as the human mind is the “landing” platform of the thoughts of God. Once the mind is set in right order, we start calling it a “spiritual mind”. When a mind is not fully restored or freed from its limitations, it can present blockages.
But you shall receive power (ability, efficiency, and might) when the Holy Spirit has come upon you,…
And they were all filled (diffused throughout their souls) with the Holy Spirit…
